Arrest Report 08/20/2014

The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 08/19/2014:

 

 

Lisa C. Mclemore, 49 years of age, Address-Aucoin St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 08/19/2014 @ 2:17pm

Charge: Warrant: Failure to Appear-DWI 2nd, Child Restraint, Open Container, Use of Tobacco Products in Vehicle with Child under 12 yoa.

Lisa Mclemore was located at Ashland Correctional Facility in Terrebone Parish and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked on several outstanding warrants for the Morgan City Police Department.  She was booked and remains incarcerated with a bond of $20,000.00. 

 

 

 

Jahmarcus Paddio, 18 years of age, Address-Freret St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 08/19/2014 @ 6:28pm

Charge: Disturbing the Peace; Remaining where Forbidden

Officers were dispatched to a a Brashear Ave. department store and advised of a male subject who refused to leave the premises when asked by the management.  Witnesses advised that the subject became involved in a profanity laced arguement with the management in front of other customers in the store.  The subject, Jahmarcus Paddio was located and during questioning, admitted to officers of the encounter.  He was subsequently arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
