Arrest Report 08/21/2014

The following were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 08/20/2014:

 

 

Nathaniel U. Paul, 22 years of age, Address-Fifth St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 08/20/2014 @ 10:05pm

Charge: Domestic Abuse Battery

     Officers were dispatched to a Fifth St. residence regarding a domestic dispute.  Officers arrived and during the investigation identified Nathaniel Paul, a resident at that location as the subject involved in the dispute.  Officers gathered statements and evidence that Nathaniel Paul became involved in an argument with a female at that location and is accused of choking the female, throwing her to the ground.  The female had minor injuries in the altercation.  Paul was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
