Arrest Report 09/10/2014

The following persons have been arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 09/09/2014:

 

 

Davonte J. Williams, 22 years of age, Address-Bowman St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 09/09/2014 @ 2:30pm

Charge: Warrant: Possession of Marijuana; Warrant: Probation Violation

Devonte Williams was transferred from LEC to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked on outstanding warrants.  He was booked and released being credited with time served. 

 

 

Nhirobi H. Dewey, 18 years of age, Address-Railroad Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 09/09/2014 @ 3:24pm

Charge: Contempt of Court

     Nhirobi Dewey was arrested in the City Court of Morgan City and charged with contempt of court.  He was escorted to the Morgan City Jail facility where he was booked and incarcerated with a bond of $642.00.  

 

 

Michael D. Stover, 41 years of age, Address-First St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 09/09/2014 @ 6:09pm

Charge: Appearing in Public Intoxicated

     Officers were dispatched to a Highway 182 apartment complex in regards to an intoxicated subject.  Officers arrived and located Michael Stover.  Stover appeared extremely impaired and could barely stand on his own.  Stover was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
