Arrest Report 09/19/2014

The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 09/18/2014:

 

 

Sabrina N. Darby, 17 years of age, Address-Iberia St. Franklin, La. was arrested on 09/18/2014 @ 1:14pm

Charge: Entry/Remaining where Forbidden; Simple Assault

     Officers were dispatched to a Second St. residence located in the 1400 block in regards to a disturbance.  Officers arrived and learned that Sabrina Darby was reportedly causing the disturbance and refused to leave the premises when asked.  Officers made attempts to give Sabrina Darby the opportunity to leave the premises, however she refused and began to make threats of physical harm to the resident.  Darby was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated.
