MCPD Arrest Report 06/22/2016
Jasper Minor, 23 years of age, Address: Sixth St. Berwick, La. was arrested on 06/21/2016 @ 4:28pm.
Charge: Theft of Goods
An officer responded to a local retail store on Hwy 182 in regard to a reported theft. The officer arrived and located Jasper Minor who had allegedly taken an item from the store without payment. According to reports, Minor addmitted to taking the item valued at $11.99 which was turned over to the officer and later released back to the retail store. Minor was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Keiera Wood, 19 years of age, Address: Willow St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 06/21/2016 @ 6:15pm.
Charges: Warrant - Failure to Appear on 02/02/16 for Disturbing the Peace by Fighting
Warrant - Probation Violation
Keiera Wood was transported from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Jail Facility to the Morgan City Police Department in regard to active warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Wood was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Oscar Detrinidad, 37 years of age, Address: Chirpy's Ln. Amelia, La. was arrested on 06/21/2016 @ 9:16pm.
Charges: No Drivers License
Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle travelinig on Railroad Ave. near Grizzaffi Street at a high rate of speed. The officer clocked that vehicle traveling 62mph in a 35mph speed zone. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver identified as Oscar Detrinidad. A drivers license check revealed that Detrinidad did not have a valid drivers license. Detrinidad was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Tina M Ordoyne, 37 years of age, Address: Fourth St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 06/21/2016 @ 10:32pm.
Charge: Warrant - Contempt of Court
Tina M Ordoyne was located by officers at a residence on Fourth Street where she was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Ordoyne was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
