The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginnig on 06/23/2016. 

Bridget A Pojar, 37 years of age, Address: Egle St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 06/23/2016 @ 10:00am. 

Charge:  
Warrant - Failure to Appear on 03/01/16 for Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated

     Bridget A Pojar was located by officers in the area of Second Street and Egle Street where Pojar was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Pojar was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated. 

Patrick L Augman, 42 years of age, Address: Edenborn Ave. Metarie, La. was arrested on 06/23/2016 @ 2:25pm. 

Charges:  Resisting An Officer
                  Criminal Trespassing
                  Warrant - Theft of Goods

     A patrolling officer observed Patrick L Augman who was known by the officer to have an active arrest warrant through the Morgan City Police Department in the area of Federal Avenue near Leona Street. The arrest warrant was obtained from an investigation conducted by Morgan City Police of an alleged theft from a local drug store on Brashear Avenue reported on May 20, 2016. Reports indicate that as the officer approached Augman to effect an arrest, Augman fled from the officer running through several areas one being identified as private property. A foot chase ensued when Augman was apprehended by officers moments later. Augman was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated. 

Kedesha N Scott, 21 years of age, Address: Federal Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 06/23/2015 @ 2:35pm. 

Charge:  Simple Battery

Jessica L Trahan, 30 years of age, Address: Hwy 182 Franklin, La. was arrested on 06/23/2016 @ 2:35pm. 

Charge:  Simple Battery

     Kedesha N Scott and Jessica L Trahan while incarcerated in the Morgan City Jail was observed by an officer to be envolved in a fistic encounter inside a cell. Scott and Trahan were seperated by officers each being booked on charges of battery and remain incarcerated.
