Charge: Warrant - Probation Violation
Rocky L Sauce was transported from the Patterson Police Department to the Morgan City Police Department in regard to an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Sauce was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Paul Duval III, 46 years of age, Address: Onstead St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 06/30/2016 @ 9:18pm.
Charge: Disturbing the Peace by Fighting
Mariah Jackson, 26 years of age, Address: Onstead St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 06/30/2016 @ 9:18pm.
Charge: Disturbing the Peace by Fighting
Officers responded to an address on Onstead Street in regard to a report of a disturbance. The officers arrived and located Paul Duval III and Mariah Jackson who appeared to show signs of a battery. During an investigation, reports indicate that the officers discorved evidence that Duval III and Jackson were involved in an argument which later turned into a physical altercation. Both Duval III and Jackson were placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.
Kristen M Romero, 30 years of age, Address: Jennifer St. New Iberia, La. was arrested on 07/01/2016 @ 2:52am.

Driving Under Suspension
No Vehicle Insurance
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle with improper headlights traveling in the area of Brashear Ave. near Sixth Street. A traffic stop was conducted when the driver of the vehicle was identified as Kristen M Romero. A drivers license check revealed that Romero had a suspended drivers license and the vehicle did not have state required insurance. Romero was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
