MCPD Arrest Report 11/02/2016
Marvin Verret, 73 years of age, Address: Camile Dr. Patterson, La. was arrested on 11/01/2016 @ 12:15pm.
Charge: Theft
An officer responded to a local super market on Hwy 182 in regard to a shoplifter. The officer arrived and spoke with store management who told the officer that they had observed a subject attempting to leave the store with store merchandise hidden under the subject's clothing. Marvin Verret who was still on scene was identified as the subject in question. Reports indicate that several items from the store that were not paid for were located on Verret which totaled $68.94. Verret was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Nicole M Fisher, 45 years of age, Address: Lucy St. Patterson, La. was arrested on 11/01/2016 @ 4:56pm.
Charges: Warrant - Failure to Appear on 06/02/16 for Theft by Shoplifting
Warrant - Contempt of Court
Nicole M Fisher was transported from the Berwick Police Department to the Morgan City Police Department in regard to active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Fisher was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
