MCPD Arrest Report 11/09/2016

The following person was arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning on 11/08/2016.

Leah M Owens, 38 years of age, Address: Levee Rd. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/08/2016 @ 10:42am.

Charge:  Disturbing the Peace

     Officers responded to Levee Road near Garber Street in regard to problems with juveniles in the middle of the street.  Officers were conducting an investigation on the complaint when according to report a female identified as Leah Owens began shouting using profane language.  Owens was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
