The folllowing persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning on 11/17/2016:

Sidney Bourque Jr. 61 years of age, Address- Vivian St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/17/2016 @ 4:30 pm.

Charge: Contractors, Misapplication of Payments

   Sidney Bourque Jr. turned himself in to the Morgan City Police Department for an active warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted by the Morgan City Police Department Detective Division, which alleges that Bourque was hired as a contractor, but never completed the work. Bourque was booked and incarcerated. 
Erick Deleon, 22 years of age, Address- First St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/17/2016 @ 4:45 pm. 

Charge:  Warrant- Probation Violation (2cts)

  Erick Deleon was placed under arrest in the City Court of Morgan City for active warrants he held for the Sixth Ward City Court. Deleon was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration. 
Aaron S. Norris, 52 years of age, Address- Hwy 182 Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/17/2016 @ 11:40 pm.

Charge:  No Tail Lights
                Driving Under Suspension
                No registration

   A patrol officer in the area of Hwy 182 near Martin Luther King Blvd., observed a vehicle with improper lighting. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Aaron Norris. Norris was asked to produce a valid driver's license, however a computer check revealed that Norris' driver's license was under suspension.  Norris was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
