The following person was arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning on 11/21/2016:

Milton Garrison, 38 years of age, Address- Poncio St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/21/2016 @ 1:07 pm.

Charge:  Domestic Abuse Battery

   Officers responded to the area of Arizona and Adams St. in regards to a disturbance. Officers arrived and spoke to the victim. According to reports, the victim stated that her husband, Milton Garrison and her had gotten into a verbal altercation, which then turned physical.  The victim alleges that Garrison struck her in the facial area and pushed her to the ground. Reports indicate that witnesses also saw Garrison commit a battery on the victim.  Officers located Garrison, placed him under arrest and transported him to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
