Dean J Beranek, 31 years of age, Address: Burchfield Ln. Berwick, La. was arrested on 01/24/2017 @ 1:40pm.
Charges: Warrant - Theft
Warrant - Probation Violation
Dean J Beranek was transported from the Berwick Police Department to the Morgan City Police Department in regard to active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police Department and the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. The warrant was obtained from an investigation conducted by Morgan City Police of an incident reported on October 21, 2016 of an alleged theft. Beranek was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Jerieth J Callery, 29 years of age, Address: Brashear Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 01/25/2017 @ 1:41am.
Charges: Improper Turning
Driving Under Suspension
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle make an improper turn at the intersection of Clothilde Street and Ninth Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle identified as Jerieth J Callery. A drivers license check revealed that Callery had a suspended drivers license. Callery was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
