Sarah E Bran, 30 years of age, Address: Hogan St. Berwick, La. was arrested on 03/08/2017 @ 9:59am.

Violation of Uniformed Controlled Dangerous Substance Laws (Drug Free Zone)
Morgan City Police Officers along with Agents with Probation and Parole responded to a room at a local hotel in Morgan City near Allison Street in regard to suspected drug activity and the occupants having active arrest warrants. Investigators arrived and identified the occupants as Phillip T Burnet and Sarah E Bran. Burnet was arrested on an active arrest warrant through Louisiana Probation and Parole and Bran was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the 32nd Judicial District Courts. During an investigation, reports indicate that a search of the room was conducted with investigators located suspected methamphetamine which was packaged for distribution, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The location of the incident was within the area of a drug free zone in violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance laws. Both Brunet and Bran was transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.
Angel L Maldonado-Rodriguez, 23 years of age, Address: Kidd St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 03/08/2017 @ 7:12pm.
Charge: Possession of Marijuana
A patrolling officer observed a male subject in the area of Acorn Street near Orange Street who appeared to have been involved in a suspected drug transaction. The officer conducted an investigatory stop and the subject identified as Angel L Maldonado-Rodriguez. A search was conducted when the officer located suspected marijuana on Rodriguez. Rodriguez was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Napolian D Webb, 31 years of age, Address: Kentucky St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 03/09/2017 @ 2:58am.

Officers with the Morgan City Police Department executed a search warrant on a room at a local motel on Hwy 182 in Morgan City. The warrant was obtained from an investigation conducted which lead officers to believed that illegal narcotics activity was occurring inside the room. The officers located two occupants inside the room identified as Napolian D Webb and Alacita D Moore. A search of the room was conducted and according to reports officers located suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, ecstasy and Tramadol all believed to be packaged for distribution. The suspected tramadol was located inside a purse believed to have belonged to Moore. The location of the incident was within the area of a drug free zone in violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance laws. Both Webb and Moore were placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.
