Annabel M Garza, 22 years of age, Address: Egle St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/31/2016 @ 4:00pm.
Charge: Warrant - Probation Violation
Annabel M Garza was arrested in the Morgan City Court in regard to an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Garza was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Jennifer Lozano, 37 years of age, Address: Hwy 182 Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/31/2016 @ 4:07pm.
Charge: Warrant - Probation Violation
Jennifer Lozano was arrested in the Morgan City Court in regard to an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Lozano was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Johnathan L Rudy, 26 years of age, Address: Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/31/2016 @ 7:48pm.
Charges: Theft of Goods
Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated
An officer responded to a local grocery store on Hwy 182 in regard to a report of a shoplifter. The officer arrived and spoke with store security who told the officer that Johnathan L Rudy was observed attempting to leave the store with several items without paying. The officer then spoke to Rudy and according to reports Rudy addmitted taking the items. The items were retrieved and returned to the store. Rudy was also suspected to have been drinking and was believed to be intoxicated. Rudy was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
Sidney Brown, 57 years of age, Address: Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/31/2016 @ 11:44pm.

Theft of Goods
Officers responded to a local drug store on Brashear Avenue in regard to a call of a shoplifter. When the officers arrived, it was learned that the subject who commited the alleged theft had fled the area. Video footage of the incident was retrieved when officers observed the subject taking an item valued a $8.73 from the shelf, conceal the items and the exit the store without paying. T video footage was obtained by the officers for further investigation. Later that same evening, the officers returned back to the drug store in regard to a call of the same subject shoplifting in the store and attempting to leave. Responding officers located Sidney Brown in the area who matched the description of the subejct committing the theft. According to reports, Brown told the officers that he had committed the theft from the store ealier that evening. Brown further told the officers that he had retured to the store when he had taken another item and attempted to leave when he was stopped by police. The officers locate the second item valued at $4.16. Brown was placed under arrest and tranported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked on the two thefts and incarcerated.
Nathan K Williams, 23 years of age, Address: Clara Lane, Trout, La. was arrested on 06/01/2016 @ 1:03am.
Charge: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated
An officer responded to Roderick St. near Allison St. in regard to a call of a subject laying on the sidewalk. The officer arrived when the officer observed the subject laying in a grassy area near the sidewalk who was identied as Nathan K Williams. The officer began conversing with Williams when it was suspected that Wiiilams had been drinking and was believed to be intoxicated. Williams was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Williams was booked and incarcertated.
