Kissy Campbell, 37 years of age, Address: Halsey St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 07/22/2016 @ 8:17pm.

Gregory T Kemp, 21 years of age, Address: Shaw Dr. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 07/22/2016 @ 8:17pm.

Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle
No Drivers License
Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Unit observed a vehicle in the area of Federal Avenue near Leona Street traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was observed turning onto Levee Road without stopping for the stop sign at Federal Ave. @ Levee Rd. Reports indicate that the vehicle was estimated to be traveling in excess of 60mph in a 25mph speed zone on Levee Road. Investigators were able to catch up with the vehicle in the area of Shaw Street near Elm Street where a traffic stop was conducted and investigators identified the two occupants of the vehicle as driver Gregory T Kemp and passenger Kissy Campbell. During an investigation, reports indicate that Kemp did not have a valid drivers license and that Kemp and Cambell's behavior aroused the investigator's suspicions that they may be involved in illegal drug activity. A search of the vehicle was conducted when according to reports investigators located suspected MDMA inside the vehicle. Both Kemp and Campbell were placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they was booked and incarcerated.
Branshekia S Harris, 28 years of age, Address: Fifth St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 07/23 2016 @ 1:15am.
Charge: Simple Battery
Officers responded to a residence on Fifth St. in regard to a reported disturbuance invovling a battery. Officer's arrived and located a subject identified as Branshekia S Harris along with the complainant who showed signs of a battery. During an investigation, Officer were told by the victim and several witnesses that Harris and the victim were involced in an argument when Harris allegedely committed a battery on the victim. Harris was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Kade M Percle, 20 years of age, Address: Sydney Ln. Berwick, La. was arrested on 07/23/2016 @ 10:18pm.
Charges: Possession of Marijuana

Improper Turning
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle making an improper turn while travling on Brashear Avenue. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle identified as Kade M Percle. During an investigation, Percle's behavior aroused that officer's suspicions that Percle may be involved illegal drug activity. A search of the vehicle was conducted when the officer located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Percle was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Heather D LaCoste, 32 years of age, Address: Marshall St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 07/24/2016 @ 4:01am.

Heather D LaCoste was located at a local hotel on Brashear Ave. where she was arrested on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court and the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office. LaCoste was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Armond Perez, 32 years of age, Address: Lake Palourde Rd. Amelia, La was arrested on 07/24/2016 @ 9:19pm.
Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
No Drivers License
No Vehicle Insurance
An officer responded to the area of Hwy 182 near Hwy 70 in regard to a call of a possible drunk driver. The officer arrived moments later and located a vehicle matching the description provided. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle identified as Armond Perez. During an investigation, reports indicate that Perez was suspected to have been drinking and was suspected to be intoxicated. Perez did not have a valid drivers license nor did the vehicle have proof of insurance. Perez was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for furthes chemical testing where Perez submitted to the Intoxilyzer 5000 yielding a blood alcohol concentration of .175 grams percent. Perez was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Gregory Landry, 17 years of age, Address: Lake Palourde Dr. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 07/24/2016 @ 11:02pm.
Charges: Simple Battery
Morgan City officers responded to a complaint of a battery on an idividual during an altercation. Gregory Landry was identified as the suspect and subsequently admitted to the battery. Landry was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
