Leeann N Jones, 30 years of age, Address: Azalea Dr. Donner, La. was arrested on 02/01/2017 @ 2:00pm.

Warrant - Failure to Appear on 01/10/2017 for No Turn Signal
Leeann N Jones who was already incarcerated in the Morgan City Jail was booked in on additional warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court and remains incarcerated.
Jared A Perry, 35 years of age, Address: Allison St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/01/2017 @ 11:24pm.

Morgan City Police Narcotics Detectives executed a search warrant at a residence on Allison Street in Morgan City. While entering the residence, investigators located two subjects identified as Jared A Perry and Natalina M Perry who were believed to reside at the residence. A search of the residence was conducted when investigators located a large amount of marijuana which was believed to be intended for distribution, Adderall, Alprazolam, drug paraphernalia, several firearms and U.S currency which was believed to have been obtained from the sales of illegal narcotics. The location of the incident was within the area of a drug free zone in violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance laws. Both Jared Perry and Matalina Perry were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.

A patrolling officer observed a subject on a bicycle swerving into traffic on Glenwood Street. A stop was conducted and the subject on the bicycle identified as Donnie Reed who appeared to have minor injuries. During a traffic investigation, reports indicated that Reed told the officer that he had just fallen off the bicycle which caused the injuries observed by the officer. First responders arrived on scene and treated Reed for his injuries when the officer observed Reed discard a small bag onto the ground. Reports indicate that the bag was retrieved by the officer which contained suspected crack cocaine. Reed was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
