Charges: Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile
                    Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile - Felony

James Gibbs III, 36 years of age, Address: Duke St., Morgan City, La, arrested on 02/23/2026 @ 1:35 p.m.

Charges: Failure to Comply with Juvenile Code 730(8)
