Richard Ruelas, 34 years of age, Address: Hwy 182, Patterson, La arrested on 11/15/2025 @ 9:41 p.m. 

Charges: F.T.A to Pay Fine on 10/21/2025

Francell Byrd, 42 years of age, Address: Hwy 70, Morgan City, La arrested on 11/16/2025 @ 3:43 p.m. 

Charges: F.T.A for Arraignment on 9/16/2025
