Sex Crime Charges for Federal Parolee

Micael Anthony Noel, 53 years of age, Address: Birch St. Morgan City, La arrested on 10/13/2025 @ 2:00 p.m. 

Charges:  Third Degree Rape

                      Second Degree Rape
                      (1 Count)
                      Sexual Battery
                      (4 Counts)
                      Video Voyeurism 
                      (21 Counts)
                      Misdemeanor Sexual Battery 
                      (2 Counts)

On September 30, 2025, the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division arrested Mr. Michael Noel for various narcotics violations.

Following this arrest, the Morgan City Police Department Detective Division, with newly obtained evidence, initiated an investigation into a series of sex crimes allegedly committed by Mr. Noel. As a result of this investigation, additional warrants were issued for his arrest related to these offenses.

The Morgan City Police Department is requesting the public's assistance with identifying any additional victims who may be connected to Mr. Noel.

The Morgan City Police Department is aware of the sensitive nature of sex crime investigations and urges anyone who believes they may have been a victim linked to Mr. Noel to contact the Morgan City Police Department Detective Division at 985-380-4605.

This investigation remains active and ongoing. Mr. Noel has been booked on additional charges and remains incarcerated awaiting judicial proceedings.
