Lieutenant Rick Hartley promoted to Captain 

Captain Hartley has over 30 years of law enforcement experience. Captain Hartley has served a patrol officer, narcotics detective, patrol sergeant, detective sergeant, narcotics sergeant, patrol lieutenant, and detective lieutenant. 

Chief Chad M. Adams wishes to congratulate Lieutenant Hartley on his well-deserved promotion to Captain. Segreant Dustin Fromenthal promoted to Lieutenant 

Lieutenant Fromenthal has over 16 years of law enforcement experience. Lieutenant Fromenthal began his career as a corrections officer, then patrol officer, K9 Officer, detective, patrol sergeant, narcotics sergeant and detective sergeant.

Officer Paige Garrett promoted to Sergeant

Sergeant Garrett has over 7 years of law enforcement experience. Sergeant Garrett began her career as a patrol officer then served as a Drug Abuse Resistance Officer (D.A.R.E). Sergeant Garrett currently serves as one of two officers in the school recourse officer (S.R.O) positions.
