MCPD Arrest Report 11/09/2017
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 38 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result beginning on 11/08/2017:
Trinity Harris, 18 years of age, address: Greenwood St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 11/08/2017 @ 4:19 p.m.
Charges: No Driver’s License
Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle
No Insurance
Patrol officers responded to the area of Fifth St. in regards to a crash. According to reports, officers arrived and Trinity Harris was identified as the operator of one of the vehicle’s involved. Evidence was uncovered placing Harris at fault in the crash. Harris was also found not to possess a valid Louisiana Driver’s License and the vehicle that she was operating did not have insurance as required by law. Harris was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Tommy J. McNally, 47 years of age, address: Railroad Ave. Morgan City, La., arrested on 11/08/2017 @ 6:55 p.m.
Charges: Domestic Abuse Battery
Patrol officers responded to the area of Grizzaffi St. in regards to a battery that had occurred. According to reports, officers arrived and Tommy J. McNally was identified as one of the subjects involved. Allegedly McNally struck the victim during an altercation. McNally was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
