MCPD Arrest Report 04/27/2018
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 37 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result beginning on 04/26/2018:
Patricia Savoie, 46 years of age, address: Fourth St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 04/26/2018 @ 8:30 a.m.
Charges: Entry or Remaining After Being Forbidden
Tommy D. Donati II, 35 years of age, address: Carter Ln. Berwick, La., arrested on 04/26/2018 @ 8:30 a.m.
Charges: Criminal Trespassing
Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine 04/10/2018
Heather D. LaCoste, 34 years of age, address: Marshall St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 04/26/2018 @ 8:30 a.m.
Charges: Criminal Trespassing
Patrol officers responded to a residence in the area of Fourth St. in regards to subjects entering a property that was abandoned. Officers arrived when Patricia Savoie, Tommy D. Donati II, and Heather D. LaCoste were identified. According to reports, Savoie was instructed not to return to the residence on a prior investigation. Evidence was uncovered that the subjects were residing in the abandoned residence. Donati was found to hold an active arrest warrant through the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. The trio was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.
