MCPD Arrest Report 07/20/2018

Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 32 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result beginning on 07/19/2018:

John May, 28 years of age, address: West Park Rd. Morgan City, La., arrested on 07/19/2018 @ 9:22 a.m.

Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine on 07/10/2018 (2 counts)

John May was located and arrested at the Patterson Police Detention Center on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. May was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Chris J. Boudreaux, 51 years of age, address: McDermott Dr. Morgan City, La., arrested on 07/19/2018 @ 3:15 p.m.

Charges: Warrant: Direct Contempt of Court

Chris J. Boudreaux was brought over from the Morgan City Court on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Boudreaux was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Lance M. Narcisse, 31 years of age, address: Lafayette Rd. Clarksville, TN, arrested on 07/20/2018 @ 6:30 p.m.

Anna V Concienne 07192018

Anna V. Concienne, 35 years of age, address: General Patton Morgan City, La., arrested on 07/19/2018 @ 6:31 p.m.

Charges: Possession of SCH II CDS W/I/T/D (Methamphetamine)
                 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
                 Violation of Uniform CDS Law (Drug-Free Zone)

Trey Somoneaux 07192018

Trey M. Simoneaux, 35 years of age, address: Red Cypress Rd. Patterson, La., arrested on 07/19/2018 @ 6:31 p.m.

Charges: Possession of SCH II CDS (Methamphetamine)
                 Violation of Uniform CDS Law (Drug-Free Zone)
                 Warrant: Criminal Neglect of Family (16th Judicial)
                 Warrant: Domestic Abuse Battery-Child Endangerment Law (2 counts)(Berwick Police)
                 Warrant: Domestic Abuse Battery (Patterson Police)
                 Warrant: Criminal Damage to Property (Patterson Police)

Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division responded to the area of General Patton St. in regards to Trey Simoneaux being at a residence and held active arrest warrants through the 16th Judicial, Patterson, and Berwick Police Departments. Investigators arrived when Trey Simoneaux was located inside of the residence. While Simoneaux was being placed into custody investigators observed suspected Methamphetamine. A search warrant was secured for the residence. Anna V. Concienne was also identified. According to reports, Simoneaux and Concienne were found to be in possession of suspected Methamphetamine. Concienne was further to be found in possession of Drug Paraphernalia and evidence was uncovered that the drugs were destined to be sold in illicit sales. During the course of the investigation, it was learned that a subject was to arrive at the residence with a large amount of suspected Methamphetamine. Lance M. Narcisse was identified as the subject who was to make that delivery. Narcisse arrived shortly after when he was approached by an officer. Narcisse allegedly struck the officer and attempted to push them down a stairwell and fled on foot. He was apprehended a short time later. A search of the area where Narcisse fled produced a large amount of suspected Methamphetamine that Narcisse had discarded to avoid detection by police. Narcisse was further found to be in possession of a large amount of US Currency that is believed to be derived from illicit sales. The area where these incidents had taken place are within a Drug-Free Zone. Narcisse, Concienne, and Simoneaux were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.
