MCPD Arrest Report 08/21/2018
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 30 calls for service. The following person(s) were arrested as a result beginning 08/20/2018:
Tara Oubre, 28 years of age, Address- Railroad Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 08/20/2018 @ 5:22 pm.
Charge: Warrant- Criminal Mischief- Filing False Complaint
Tara Oubre was located in the area of Sixth St. and Brashear Ave and placed under arrest for an active warrant she held for the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant stems from an incident in May where Oubre filed a complaint. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the complaint was false. Oubre was transported to the Morgan City Jail for booking and incarceration.
