MCPD Arrest Report 02/27/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 42 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 2/26/2019:
Carl Ernest Neukirch III, 33 years of age, Address-S. Clover St., Bridge City, Tx., was arrested on 2/26/2019 @ 11:58 A.M.
Charge: Warrant-First Degree Rape
In October of 2017 Detectives of the Morgan City Police Department began an investigation into a complaint of a sexual assault. During the course of the investigation, investigators obtained an arrest warrant for First Degree Rape for Carl Ernest Neukirch III. He was located in Texas in November of 2018 on an unrelated investigation at which time authorities in Texas discovered he was wanted by Morgan City Police Department for First Degree Rape. Neukirch III was arrested and held by Texas authorities on Morgan City warrants. On 2/26/2019 he was transported to Morgan City and booked on First Degree Rape and incarcerated.
Kierra Alexis Paddio, 20 years if age, Address-South Everett St., Morgan City, La., was arrested @ 2/26/2019 @ 3:09 A.M.
Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear (3 Counts)
Warrant-Contempt of Court (2 Counts)
Kierra Alexis Paddio turned herself into the Morgan City Police Department on outstanding warrants through City Court of Morgan City. She was booked and incarcerated.
