MCPD Arrest Report 3/21/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 38 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 3/21/2019:
Davida Reshelle Bias, 35 years of age, Address-Grace St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/20/2019 @ 6:04 P.M.
Charge:Theft under $1,000.00
Officers responded to a call of a shoplifter at a business located on HWY 182. Upon officers arriving they learned from witnesses Davida R. Bias had concealed several items of merchandise valued at $37.00 on her person while in the store. Bais was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Bradley J. Griffin, 39 years of age, Address-Terrebonne St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/20/2019 @ 11:23 P.M.
Charge: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated
Resisting an Officer
Officers were dispatched to a Terrebonne St. residence in reference to a disturbance. Upon officers arriving, Bradley J. Griffin fled on foot from officers. He eventually surrendered to pursuing officers on Ash St. where he was taken into custody. Officers noted Brandley's speech was slurred and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Ashlyn Monique Reaux, 26 years of age, Address-Willow St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/21/2019 @ 5:30 A.M.
Charge: Probation Violation
Ashlyn M. Reaux turned herself into the Morgan City Police Department on a warrant held by City Court of Morgan City. She was booked and incarcerated.
