Arrest Report 06/10/2014

The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 06/09/2014:

 

 

Charles R. Hebert, 43 years of age, Address-Banner Dr. Franklin, La. was arrested on 06/09/2014 @ 2:23pm

Charge: Warrant: Failure to Pay Probation Fee; Warrant: Probation Violation

     Charles Hebert was located at Terrebone Parish Jail facility where he was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department on outstanding warrants.  He was booked and incarcerated into the Morgan City Jail facility. 

 

 

Breyden J. Oncale, 21 years of age, Address-Onstead St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 06/09/2014 @ 4:39pm

Charge: Possession of Schedule I CDS-Synthetic Cannibinoids; Improper Parking or Stopping outside a Place of Business/Residence

     Officers were dispatched to the area of Elm St. and Onstead St. in regards to a subject asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle at the intersection near a residence.  Officers arrived and located the vehicle and detained the driver, Breyden Oncale who was found asleep behind the wheel.  Oncale was found to be in possession of a Schedule I CDS-Synthetic Marijuana and was arrested.  He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and remains incarcerated. 

 

 

Glenda A. Cooper, 59 years of age, Address-Poncio St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 06/09/2014 @ 4:45pm

Charge: Warrant: Hit & Run Driving 

     Glenda Cooper turned herself in and was booked and the Morgan City Police Department on a warrants stemming from a traffic accident which was reported on April 24, 2014.  Cooper is accused of becoming involved in an accident in a parking lot located on Marguerite St. , then leaving the scene.  Officers were able to identify Cooper in the investigation as the driver at which time an arrest warrant was secured.  Cooper was booked and released after posting a cash bond. 

 

 

Sabrina A. Voisin, 30 years of age, Address-Lake Palourde Rd. Amelia, La. was arrested on 06/09/2014 @ 8:03pm

Charge: Unauthrized Entry into an Inhabited Dwelling

     Officers were dispatched to a Bush St. residence regarding a subject entering the residence without permission.  Officers arrived and were advised by the complainant that Sabrina Voisin had entered into their residence without permission by gaining entry through a window.  The victim as notified by neighbors who observed Voisin at the residence.  The victim arrived and confronted Voisin was she was exiting the residence at which time police were summoned.  Officers located Sabrina Voisin a short distance away where she was arrested.  Sabrina Voisin, who was known to the victim was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated. 

 

 

Nils Helle, 57 years of age, Address-Morgan City, La. was arrested on 06/09/2014 @ 11:00pm

Charge: Remaining on Premises After being Forbid

     Officers received  a complaint of an unruly subject at a Highway 182 Lounge and arrived to investigate.  They located Nils Helle who was pointed out by the managment as the subject who was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the premises.  Helle was given an opportunity to secure transportation but refused.  He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
