Arrest Report 06/19/2014

The following were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 06/18/2014:

 

 

Chyral C. Whitehead, 34 years of age, Address-Fourth St. Berwick, La. was arrested on 06/18/2014 @ 3:44pm

Charge: Possession of Marijuana; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Improper Lighting; Warrant: St. Mary Parish-Stop Sign Violation; No D.L. on Person

     Officers received a complaint of a suspicoius vehicle near the area of Allison St. in Morgan City.  Officers located a vehicle fitting the description in the area and stopped the vehicle to investigate.  The driver of the vehicle, Chyral Whitehead was found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for the St. Mary Parish Sheriffs Department.  In addition, during a search of the vehicle, officers recovered suspected marijuana and items of drug paraphernalia.  Whitehead was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated.  

 

 

Paige N. Mabe, 24 years of age, Address-Fourth St. Berwick, La. was arrested on 06/17/2014 @ 6:00pm

Charge: Warrant: Failure to Pay Fine-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Paige Mabe who was already incarcerated in the Morgan City Jail facility was booked on an oustanding warrant for the Morgan City Police Department.  She was booked and re-incarcerated. 

 

 

David J. Bergeron, 35 years of age, Address-Tiffany Dr. Patterson, La. was arrested on 06/18/2014 @ 8:04pm

Charge: Appearing in Public Intoxicated

     Officers received a complaint of an intoxicated subject near Lake End Park on La Hwy 70.  Officers arrived and located the subject, David Bergeron walking on La. Hwy 70.  Bergeron was found in an intoxicated condition.  He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated. 

 

 

Dallas P. Marcantel, 19 years of age, Address-Morgan City, La. was arrested on 06/18/2014 @ 8:50pm

Charge: Possession of Marijuana; Two Headlights Required

     Patrolling officers observed a vehicle in the area of Ditch Ave. in Morgan City being driven without lighting and stopped the vehicle to investigate.  The driver, was identified as Dallas Marcantel.  During the encounter, officers located a small amount of suspected marijuana within the vehicle.  The driver, Marcantel was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and released after posting a cash bond. 

 

 

Nicholas A. Breaux, 34 years of age, Address-Morgan City, La. was arrested on 6/19/2014 @ 2:25 am

Charge: Criminal Trespass; Disturbing the Peace

     Officers received a complaint of a subject sleeping on the steps of a residence located in the 2600 block of Sixth St. and arrived to investigate.  The subject was located and identified as Nicholas Breaux.  Breaux became belligerent towards officers when asked to leave.  Breaux was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked adn incarcerated.
