MCPD Arrest report for 09/18/2020
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded 43 to calls for service. The following person(s) were arrested as a result beginning on 09/17/2020:
Chase Scully, 19 years of age, Federal Ave, Morgan City, LA was arrested on 09/17/2020 at 3:48 pm
Charges: Speeding in a School Zone
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS Sch 1(THC Edibles)Greater than 2.5 lbs
Manufacture of Sch 1 CDS(THC Edibles)
Officers stopped a driver for speeding in a school zone, during the investigation the driver identified as Chase Scully. Scully was found to be in possession of THC Edibles. Scully also admitted that he had produced the THC to sell. Scully was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.
