Arrest Report 12/23/2014

The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 12/22/2014:

 

 

Dustin J. Ferguson, 21 years of age, Address-Levee Rd. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 12/22/2014 @ 1:50pm

Charge: Warrant: City Court of Morgan City-Contempt of Court (4 Counts); Failure to Pay Fine-Careless Operation;  Warrant: Sixteenth Judicial District Court-Failure to Appear for Drug Court (2 Counts)

Dustin Ferguson

     Dustin Ferguson was located after officers observed him as a passenger in a vehicle.  The officer was aware of outstanding warrants for Ferguson's arrest and detained him.  He was arrested on several outstanding warrants for the Sixth Ward Court of Morgan City as well as the Sixteenth Judicial District Drug Court.  He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and remains incarcerated with a bond of $200,000.00. 

 

 

Moises Stratton, 38 years of age, Address-Second St. Berwick, La. was arrested on 12/22/2014 @ 5:36pm

Charge: Warrant: Failure to Appear for Arraignment; Warrant: Issuing Worthless Checks ($52.74)

Moises Stratton

     Moises Stratton was located at the Berwick Police Department and placed under arrest for outstanding warrants for the Morgan City Police Department as well as the City Court of Morgan City.  He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
