Charge: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated

Officers received a complaint of a disturbance at Fifth St. and Duke St. and arrived to located Curtis Robinson in what appeared to be an intoxicated and impaired condition. He was accused of yelling profanities in the area creating the disturbance and was subsequently arrested. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.

Ruben Bias turned himself in to detectives with the Morgan City Police Department and was arrested on an outstanding warrant stemming from a reported incident from December 21, 2014 in which Bias is accused of threatening another with a weapon during a disturbance. Bias was booked on the outstanding warrant and incarcerated.

Officers responded to Highway 90 in regards to a vehicle being driven erratic and reckless. Officers located the vehicle in question and stopped to investigate. The driver, Michael Bouton was discovered to be operating a vehicle with a suspended drivers license and was subsequently arrested. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.

Javien Francis was located at the Berwick Police Department and placed under arrest on an outstanding warrant for the Morgan City Police Department. He was transported to the Morgan City Police jail facility where he was booked and incarcerated.

Zachary Crappell turned himself in to the Morgan City Police Department and was booked on an outstanding warrant charging him with discharging a firearm within the city limits on January 07, 2015. Crappell reportedly discharged a firearm in the air near Pecan St. in Morgan City. He was arrested, booked and incarcerated.
