A patrolling officer stopped a vehicle near Seventh St. and Marguerite St. after the vehicle was observed with improper lighting. The driver, Mary Theriot was found to be wanted on outstanding warrants for the Morgan City Police Department and St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Department. She was arrested on the warrants and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated.

Roger Francis was located near the intersection of Sevent St. and Brashear Ave. and placed under arrest on outstanding warrants for the City of Morgan City Sixth Ward Court. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated. He was later released on a cash bond.

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner on Highway 182 near Florence St. and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver, Allen Hollier was discovered to be operating a vehicle with a suspended drivers license nor motor vehicle insurance. He was arrested. Upon his arrest, officers located a substance which was identified as MDMA-Ecstacy, a Schedule I CDS. He was additionally charged. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.

An officer was dispatched to the area of Highway 90 in regards to a vehicle being driven in a reckless manner. A patrolling officer observed a speeding vehicle which pulled along side of the unit and began to travel at 90 mph when it was stopped by the officer. The driver, Alejandro Guiterrez advised the officer that he thought the unit was a friend and attempted to race. Alejandro Guiterrez was discovered not to possess a valid drivers license. Officers also located suspected marijuana inside the subjects vehicle after the officer detected a strong smell of marijuana eminating from the vehicle. The vehicle's passenger, Carlos Joanez along with the driver, Guiterrez were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where they were booked and incarcerated. Carlos Joanez was later released on a cash bond.

A patrolling officer observed a wanted subject, Matthew Miller at an Adams St. residence and detained the subject. The officer detected a strong odor of marijuana at the residence and began an investigation. During the investigation, suspected marijuana along with items of drug paraphernalia were located and identified by Miller as belonging to him. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle with improper lighting in the area of Highway 182 and Eleventh St. and stopped the vehicle to speak with the driver. Leo Harris, the driver of the vehicle was identified and discovered to be operating a vehicle with a suspended drivers license. Harris, who admitted to officers that he was aware of the suspension was also found to possess an open container of alcoholic beverage inside his vehicle as well as suspected marijuana which was located on his person. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.

An officer conducting a traffic investigation came into contact with a passenger in a vehicle near the intersection of Duke St. and Federal Ave. The passenger, Charles Stevens was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana along with items of drug paraphernalia. Stevens was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated. He was later released after posting a cash bond.

Jesus Tenorio was found to be operating a vehicle with no valid drives license. He was also found to possess open containers of alcoholic beverage in his motor vehicle. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked adn incarcerated.

The driver, Juan Gonzalez was found to be operating a vehicle with no drivers license. Gonzalez, who had been convicted of the same offense previously was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department. He was booked and incarcerated.
