Donvin Mingo, 39 years of Age, Address-Bowman St. Morgan City,La. was arrested on 03/24/2015 @ 11:51 am.


Charges: Warrant Failure to use Turn Signal
                  Warrant No Insurance
                  Warrant No Drivers License

     Donvin Mingo was arrested after turning himself in onstanding warrants to officer at the Morgan City Police Department.  Mingo was booked and remains incarcerated at the Morgan City Police Department Jail Facility.

Ciara Percle, 28 years of age, Address-Onstead St., Morgan City,La. was arrested on 03/24/2015 @ 4:36 pm.


Charges: Serving Time City Court
                 Warrant Failure to Appear

     Ciara Percle was arrested on warrants for Sixth Ward City Court of Morgan City.  Percle was booked into the Morgan City Jail facility and remains incarcerated.

Harold Turner, 65 years of age, Address-Louisiana St., Morgan City,La. was arrested on 03/25/2015 @ 4:58 pm


Charges: Contempt of Court


     Harold Turner was arrested in the Sixth Ward City Court of Morgan City by officer.  Turner was escorted from City Court and booked in the Morgan City Police Department Jail Facility where he remains incarcerated.

Davey Gober, 57 years of Age, Address-Hwy 182 Morgan City, La. was arrested on 03/24/2015 @ 7:40 pm.


Charges: Simple Battery
                 Disturbing the Peace by Fighting 
 
     Officers responded to a Hwy 182 address because of a disturbance.  Officer located and identified Davey Gober as a suspect in the disturbance.  According to reports Gober and another person began to argue outside of the residence during the argument Gober struck the other person and then began to fight with him.  Gober was placed under arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail facility where he was booked and remains incarcerated.

Bobby Beard, 32 years of age, Address-South Everett St., Morgan City,La. was arrested on 03/24/2015 @11:31 am 


Charge:  Warrant:Simple Criminal Damage to Property

     Bobby Beard was arrested on warrants after turning hmself into officer at the Morgan City Police Department. Beard was booked and later released after posting bond.

Travis Burgess, 38 years of age, Bowman St., Morgan City,La. was arrested on 03/25/2015 @ 12:39 am


Charges: Illegal Carrying of a weapon
                Disturbing the Peace by Alarming the public
     Officers responded to a Hwy 182 business after a complaint of a subject having a weapon.  Officer located and identified a suspect Travis Burgess.  According to report officer detained Burgess near his vehilce where they also located two guns.  Officers then learned through thier investigation that Burgess had been involved in a disturbance with several subjects at the business after going outside Burgess returned with a weapon to retrive his phone. Burgess was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department jail facility where he was booked and remains incarcerated.
