MCPD Arrest Report 10/07/2015

The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 10/06/2015:


Jerry Boyer, 70 years of age, Address- Morgan City, La was arrested on 10/06/2015 @ 4:05 pm.


Charge:  Appearing in Public Intoxicated
                Remaining Where Forbidden

     Officers were dispatched to a local business on Brashear Ave. in regards to an individual sleeping behind the building. When officers arrived, they located Jerry Boyer, who appeared to be in a intoxicated condition. According to reports, management had barred Boyer from the property. Boyer was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
