MCPD Arrest Report 10/26/2015

The following persons have been arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning on 10/23/2015


Benjamin J. Blackman, 25 years of age, Address: Roderick Street Morgan City, La. was arrested on 10/23/2015 @ 7:46 P.M.


Charges: Driving with a Suspended Drivers License
                 No Tail Lamps

      An officer was patrolling the area of Railroad Ave. near First Street when a vehicle was observed with improper lighting. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Benjamin Blackman. Blackman was asked to produce a valide drivers lincese but could not. A drivers license check revealed that Blackman had a suspended drivers license. Blackman was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Dept. where he was booked and incarcerated.

Lee P Pierce, 32 years of age, Address: Egle Street, Morgan City, La. was arrested on 10/23/2015 @ 10:09 P.M. 


Charges:  Warrants - with the 16th Judicial Dist. Court
                 Failure to Appear for Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia
                 Failure to Appear for Unlawful Use of a Drivers License
                 Failure to Appear for Unauthorized Entry
                 Failure to Appear for Poss. of Synthetic Marijuana
                 Failure to Appear for Resisting an Officer

     An officer conducted a traffic stop due to a traffic infraction on Brashear Ave. near 7th Street. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Lee P Pierce. A warrants check revealed that the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's officer held several active arrest warrants for Pierce. Pierce was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Dept. where he was booked and incarcerated.

Jayme R Wininger, 19 years of age, Address: Palm Street, Morgan City, La. was arrested on 10/23/2015 @ 11:06 P.M. 


Charges: Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
                 Contributing to the Delinquency of Juveniles

Jaboby Phillips, 19 years of age, Address: Poplar Street, Morgan City, La. was arrested on 10/23/105 @ 11:06 P.M. 


Charge: Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling

     Officers responded to an address on Ditch Ave. in regard to subejcts being inside the residence without the owners permission. The call was made due to the owner being out of town but that the owner had received information that several people were inside the residnece. The officers arrived on scene and located Jacoby  Phillips and Jayme R Wininger in the company of a juvenile.  The officer spoke with them about the incident and according to reports it was learned that Phillips, Wininger and the juvenile did go into the residence. Phillips and Wininger were placed under and transported to the Morgan City Police Dept. where they were booked and incarcerated.

Paul M Daigle, 37 years of age, Address: Cantrell Dr. Berwick, La. was arrested on 10/224/2015 @ 2:39 A.M. 


Charges:  Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated
                  Simple Battery
                  Warrant- with the 6th Ward City Court for 
                                 Failure to Appear for Shoplifing

Ricky D. Allemond, 55 years of age, Address: Pierre Part, La. was arrested on 10/24/2015 @ 2:39 A.M. 


Charges: Distubing the Peace Intoxicated

     Officers were responded to an address on Hwy 182 in regard to a disturbance. The officer made contact with Ricky D Allemond who apeared to be the victim of a battery. Allemond told the officer that he and Paul M Daigle had gotten into an argument when Daigle struck Allemond.  Officers spoke with Daigle who was located in the area.  It was believed that both Allemond and Daigle had been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Through the course of the investigation reports indicated that there was evidence of the battery and that Daigle and Allemond were heard arguing by witnesses.  A warrants check revealed tha the Morgan City Police Dept. held an active arrest warrant for Daigle. Daigle along with Allemond were placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Dept. where were booked and incarcerated.

Michelle L Eunice, 39 years of age, Address: Tiffany St. Patterson, La. was arrested on 10/24/2015 @ 4:45 P.M.


Charges: Engaging in a Fistic Encounter

     An officer responded to and address on Youngs Rd. in regard to a distubance involving an altercation. Officers located Michelle L Eunice along with another subect.  According to reports Eunice, the subject and witnesses made statements which indicated that Eunice and the subject had been involved in a fight. Reports indicated  that the subject had sustained injuries as a result of the altercation and had to seek medical treatment. Eunice was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Dept. where she was booked and incarcerated.

Kathleen A Lodrigue, 31 years of age, Address: Andres St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 10/24/2015 @ 7:13 P.M.


Charges:  Warrants - for the 6th Ward City Court
                  Failure to Appear for No License Plate Light
                  Failure to Appear for Expired Drivers License
                  Failure to Appear for No Proof of Vehicle Insurance      

     Kathleen A Lodrigue was turned over to the Morgan City Police Department by the Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office in regard to warrants held for her arrest held by Morgan City Police. Lodrigue was booked into the Morgan City Police Dept. Jail and incarcerated.

Valentin Serna-Espinoza, 25 years of age, Address: Front Street, Morgan City, La. was arrested on 10/24/2015 @ 10:23 P.M. 


Charges:  No Drivers License
                  Obstructing Public Passages

     An officer was patrolling the area of Brashear Ave. near 7th St. when a vehicle was observed stoppped faceing west bound in the east bound lane blocking the lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Valentin Serna-Espinoza. A drivers license check revealed that Serna-Espinoza did not have a valid driver license.  Serna-Espinoza was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Dept. where he was booked and incarcerated.

Orlando G Flores, 35 years of age, Address: Duke St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 10/24/2015 @ 10:40 P.M. 


Charges: Driving with a Suspended Drivers License
                 Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle
                 Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle



     An officer responded to an address on Railroad Ave. in regard to a traffic crash.  The officer located one of the vehicles involved which appeared to have struck a parked vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Orlando G Flores. A drivers license check revealed that Fores had a suspended drivers license. According to reports an open container of alcohol was also located inside of the vehicle. Flores was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Dept. where he was booked and incarcerated.

Junior Morales, 20 years of age, Address: Spruce Street, Morgan City, La. was arrested on 10/26/2015 @ 12:20 A.M. 


Charge:  Appearing in Public Intoxicated

     An officer responded to a local business on Hwy 182 in regard to an underage subject attempting to purchase alcohol. The officer arrived and made contact with Junior Morales. Reports indicated that Morales addmitted to attempting to purchase alcohol. During the course of the investigation it was believed that Morales had been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Morales was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Dept. where he was booked and incarcerated.
