MCPD Arrest Report 11/09/2015

The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during last reporting period beginning 11/06/2015:  


Jessie J. Hebert, 36 years of age, Address- Pierre Part, La. was arrested on 11/07/2015 @ 1:11 am. 


Charge:  Domestic Abuse Battery 

     Officers were dispatched to a local hotel on Roderick St. in regards to removing individuals from the property.  Officers arrived and made contact with management, who stated that there was a female that had a battery committed on her.  Offiicers spoke to the victim, who stated her ex-boyfriend, Jessie Hebert followed her outside and shoved her to the ground. Contact was made with Hebert and according to reports, admitted to the battery. Hebert was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Rachel L. King, 31 years of age, Address- Fifth St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/07/2015 @ 10:19 am.


Charge:  Warrant- Failure to Appear (2cts)

     Officers located Rachel King in the area of Fifth and Everett St. A warrants check was done on King and it was determined that she held active warrants for the Sixth Ward City Court. King was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Damon M. Allen, 45 years of age, Address- Shannon St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/08/2015 @ 1:24 am. 


Charge:  Resisting an Officer
                Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

     An officer patroling in the area of Fifth and Everett St., noticed an individual running from behind a residence. When the officer approached him, he continued to run away. The individual identified as Damon Allen was located on Everett St.  Officers located in Allen's possession items used to smoke illegal narcotics. Allen was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Curtis J. Robinson, 45 years of age, Address-Fourth St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/08/2015 @ 7:10 pm. 


Charge:  Remaining After Being Forbidden
                Appearing in an Intoxicated Condition

     Officers located Curtis Robinson at a residence on Fifth St. where he had previously been barred. Officers approached Robinson and could smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Robinson was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Bradley R. Jamieson, 20 years of age, Address- Hwy 182 Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/09/2015 @ 4:34 am. 


Charge:  Domestic Abuse Aggravated 
                Appearing Public Intoxicated
                Disturbing the Peace
                Simple Criminal Damage to Property

         Officers were dispatched to a local apartment complex on Hwy 182 in regards to a domestic disturbance, Officers arrived and spoke to the victim, who stated that her boyfriend, Bradley Jamieson and her had gotten into a verbal altercation. The altercation turned physical when Jamieson began to strike the victim with a broom handle. Officers noticed marks on the victim consistent with the statements that was given to officers.  Officers located Jamieson outside of the apartment, Jamieson also appeared intoxicated.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
