MCPD Arrest Report 03/01/2016

The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning on 02/29/2016.

Arnold R Guerro-Carranza, 20 years of age, Address: Terrebonne St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/29/2016 @ 7:32pm. 

Charges:  Improper Tail Lighting
                  No Drivers License

     A patrolling officer observed a vehicle traveling on Hwy 90 with improper tail lighting. A traffic stop was conducted when the driver was idenified as Arnold R Guerro-Carranza. A drivers license check revealed that Guerro-Carranza did not have a valid driver license. Guerro-Carranza was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.

Devin Matthew Parvino, 27 years of age, Address: Main St. Patterson, La. was arrested on 02/29/2016 @ 10:19pm. 

Charge:  Warrant - Probation Violation

     Devin M Parvino was transported from the Patterson Police Department to the Morgan City Police Department in regard to an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Parvino was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Kentrell J Jones, 28 years of age, Address: Thibodaux, La. was arrested on 03/01/2016 @ 2:25am. 

Charges:  Warrant - Failure to Appear for Improper Window Tint
                  Warrant - Contempt of Court

     Kentrell J Jones was located by officers in the area of Brashear Avenue near Federal Avenue where he was arrested on active arrest warrants held by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office. Jones was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
