Nyjul T Hillebrandt was located by officers in the area of Florida Alley near Barrow Street where he was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Hillebrandt was transported to the Morgan City Police Department Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Charles A Watts Jr., 18 years of age, Address: Willow St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 03/01/2016 @ 10:46pm.

Illegal Use of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in the Presence of a Juvenile
Violation of Uniformed Controlled Dangerous Substance Laws
Officers responded to an address on Orange Street in regard to a call of loud music and possible illegal drug activity at the residence. The officers arrived and made contact with several subjects inside the residence one beging identified as a juvenile. A search of the residence was conducted when officers located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charles A Watts Jr. was identified as one of the occupants inside the residence who according to reports told officers that the suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia belonged to him. The located of the incident was within the area of a drug free zone in violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance laws. Watts Jr. was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
Victoria L Stephens, 23 years of age, Address: Glenwood St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 03/02/2016 @ 2:08am.
Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
No Tail Lights
No Drivers License
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle traveling in the area of Hwy 182 near Aycock Street without any tail lights. A traffic stop was conducted when the driver was identified as Victoria L Stephens. A drivers license check revealed that Stephens did not have a valid drivers license. During contact with Stephens, it was believed that she had been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Stephens was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for further chemical testing where Stephens submitted to the intoxilyzer 5000 yielding a blood alcohol concentration of .191 grams percent. Stephens was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
