The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning on 03/02/2016.
Jessica R Pearce, 27 years of age, Address: Filmore St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 03/02/2016 @ 6:44pm. 

Charges:  Imroper Turning
                  Driving Under Suspension
                  No Vehicle Insurance

     A patrolling officer observed a vehicle traveling on Federal Avenue make an improper turn onto Marshall Street. A traffic stop was conducted when the driver was identified as Jessica R Pearce. A drivers license check revealed that Pearce had a suspended drivers license and it was also reported that the vehicle did not have insurance. Pearce was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated. 
Christina M Medice, 44 years of age, Address: Bourg St. Houma, La. was arrested on 03/02/2016 @ 7:21pm. 

Charges:  Warrant - Possession of Schedule IV CDS (xanax)
                  Warrant - Issuing Worthless Checks (15 counts)

     Christina M Medice was located by officers at an address on Brasear Avenue where she was arrested on active arrest warrants held by the 32nd Judicial District Court. Medice was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated.
