MCPD Arrest Report 03/10/2016
LeRoss L Johnson, 21 years of age, Address: Morgan St. Houma, La. was arrested on 03/09/2016 @ 9:28pm.
Charges: Domestic Abuse Battery
Officers responded to an address on Wren Street in regard to a call of a domestic disturbance. The officers arrived at the residence where they located two subjects inside. One was identified as LeRoss L Johnson and the other was later determined to be the victim of the incident. Officers were told that Johnson and the victim got into an argument when according to reports Johnson was alleged to have committed a battery on the victim. Johnson was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Lisa D Caruso, 42 years of age, Address: Glenwood St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 03/10/2016 @ 2:05am.
Charges: Entering or Remaining on Premises After Being Forbidden
Distrubing the Peace Intoxicated
Officers responded to a local convenience store on Hwy 182 in regard to a call of a disturbance at the business. Officers arrived when it was learned that the subject causing the disturbance had left before officers arrival. Officers were told by several witnesses including store employees that a subject later identified as Lisa D Caruso was at the business causing a disturbnace. Reports indicated that Caruso had been banned from the business in regard to a previous incident. A description of Caruso was provided when officers located Caruso in the area momoments later. Caruso, while speaking with officers was believed to have been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Caruso was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
