Tracy Silva was located by officers at a residence on Park Road where she was arrested on several arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police Department. Silva was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Arthur J Oncale Jr., 61 years of age, Address: Cypress St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 04/21/2016 @ 3:40pm.
Charge: Simple Battery
Officers responded to a residence on Cypress Street in regard to a call of a disturbance. The officers arrived when they located Authur J Oncale Jr. along with several witnesses to the incident one being identified as the victim who showed signs of a battery. An investigation of the incident was conducted when officers were told that Oncale Jr. and the victim were involved in an argument when Oncale Jr. allegedly committed a battery on the victim. Oncale Jr. was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Celeste A DeLaune, 32 years of age, Address: Mallard St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 04/22/2016 @ 2:02am.
Charges: Possession of Marijuana

Warrant - Failure to Appear on 10/15/2013 for No Drivers License
Officers responded to a local drug store on Brashear Ave. in regard to a call of a suspicous person inside the store. The officers arrived when they located Celeste A DeLaune inside the store who matched the description provided. A warrants check revealed that DeLaune had several arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. DeLaune was placed under arrest when officer later located suspected marijuana in the area which Delaune was located. DeLaune was transported to the Morgan City Jail where DeLaune was booked and incarcerated.
