MCPD Arrest Report 08/19/2016
Jerry Boyer, 71 years of age, Address: Morgan City, La. was arrested on 08/18/2016 @ 8:08pm.
Charge: Appearing in Public in a Intoxicated Condition
An officer responded to Third St. near Railroad Avenue in regard to an intoxicated subject that had fallen on the sidewalk. The officer arrived and located Jerry Boyer who appeared to be sleeping. The officer spoke with Boyer who according to reports was suspected to have been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Boyer was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
