Devante Frank, 24 years of age, Address: Aucoin St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/07/2017 @ 1:56pm.
Warrant - Simple Battery
Devante Frank was located by an officer on Federal Avenue where he was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant was obtained from an investigation conducted by Morgan City Police of an incident reported on January 23, 2017 on Dora Street of an alleged battery. Frank was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Kentrell F Diggs, 24 years of age, Address: Donaldsonville, La. was arrested on 02/07/2017 @ 1:58pm.

Kentrell F Diggs was transported from the Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office Jail to the Morgan City Police Department in regard to active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward MOrgan City Court. Diggs was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Illegal Use of a Controlled Dangerous Substance While in the Presence of Juveniles
Violation of Uniformed Controlled Dangerous Substance Laws (Drug Free Zone)
Morgan City Police Narcotics Detectives conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Federal Avenue and Brashear Avenue in regard to the vehicle having an expired motor vehicle inspection sticker. Investigators located several subjects inside the vehicle identified as driver Alexis M Trahan along with a female and small child. A drivers license check revealed that Trahan had a suspended drivers license. During the investigation, reports indicate that Trahan's behavior aroused investigator's suspicions that she may be involved in illegal drug activity. A search of the vehicle was conducted when investigators located suspected marijuana, heroin and drug paraphernalia. The location of the incident was within the area of a drug free zone. Trahan was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
