Chaz M Rebardi, 22 years of age, Address: Mill Rd. Patterson, La. was arrested on 02/23/2017 @ 3:08pm.
Charge: Warrant - Failure to Appear on 02/21/2017 for Hit and Run
Warrant - Failure to Appear on 02/21/2017 for No Insurance
Warrant - Failure to Appear on 02/21/2017 for Disturbing the Peace
Chaz M Rebardi was arrested in the Morgan City Court in regard to several active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Rebardi booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Carlven Chapman, 40 years of age, Address: Louisiana St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/23/2017 @ 4:18pm.
Charges: Introduction of Contraband Into a Penal Institute
Possession of Schedule IV CDS (Xanax)
Carlven Chapman who was already incarcerated in the Morgan City Jail was booked in on additional charges of Introduction of Contraband Into a Penal Facility and Possession of Schedule IV CDS (Xanax). During a routine cell search, reports indicate that correctional officers located suspected xanax on Chapman. Chapman booked on the additional and remains incarcerated.
Gregory W Ballance, 18 years of age, Address: Bernice St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/23/2017 @ 9:38pm.

Gregory W Ballance was located by officers on Spruce Street near Sixth Street where he was arrested on several active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Ballance was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Neil J Dupre, 38 years of age, Address: Eleventh St. Donaldsonville, La. was arrested on 02/23/2017 @ 11:27pm.

Transactions Involving Drug Proceeds
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle make an improper turn at the intersection of Acorn Street and Leona Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the occupants of the vehicle identified as Tysie M Dabney (driver) and Neil J Dupre (passenger). A drivers license check was conducted when it was revealed that Dabney had a suspended drivers license. During the traffic investigation, reports indicated that Dupre and Dabney's behavior aroused the officers suspicions that they may be involved in illegal drug activity. A search of the vehicle was conducted when the officer located suspected methamphetamine which was believed to be packaged for distribution, suspected drug paraphernalia and over $1,700.00 in U.S. currency which was believed to have been obtained from the sales of illegal drugs according to reports. The location of the incident was within the area of a drug free zone in violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance laws. Both Dupre and Dabney were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.
Sydney Holder, 19 years of age, Address: Arenz St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/24/2017 @ 3:21am.
Charge: Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile (Misdemeanor)
Officers responded to a residence on Maple Street in regard to a call of a male subject having sexual intercourse with a female juvenile. As officer arrived, a male subject later identified as Sydney Holder was observed running from the residence. Responding officers conducted a search of the area and located Holder moments later who was detained form further investigation. The complainant told officers that he/she had returned home when they found Sydney Holder having sexual intercourse with the female niece 16 years of age. During an investigation, evidence was uncovered by the officers of the alleged incident. Holder was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
