Warrant: Failure to Appear for Court on 01/21/14 to pay fine
Gerald Needie II was located at the Assumption Parish Detention Center and arrested on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Neddie was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Tyreshia R. Cheek, 32 years of age, address: Spain Street New Orleans, La, arrested on 03/15/2017 @ 04:45 A.M.
Charges: Possession of Marijuana
Possession of SCH II CDS (Methamphetamine)
Improper Lighting
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle traveling in the area of LA 182 with improper lighting. A traffic stop was conducted and Tyreshia R. Cheek was identified as the driver. The officer detected an odor of marijuana. Cheek granted officers permission to conduct a vehicle search and officers located a crystal like substance of suspected Methamphetamine and a digital scale according to reports. Evidence was uncovered during the investigation that led officers back to a local hotel Cheek was staying at. Cheek granted permission to search the room and officers located suspected marijuana. Cheek was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
