MCPD Seeking Identities of Theft Suspects
*****UPDATE***** 04/25/2017 @ 3:00 p.m.-Thanks to public assistance the subjects depicted in the photographs have been identified and upon further investigation it was learned that these subjects were not involved in the alleged theft. The investigation is on going at this time.

The Morgan City Police Department Criminal Investigations Division is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying three suspects in a theft investigation. The three subjects are described as a white female with blonde hair wearing a white shirt and blue shorts, a white male wearing a red shirt with black stripes and a red and black hat, and a white male wearing a white shirt with sunglasses and what appears to be a New York Yankees baseball hat. According to reports the investigation began in April of 2017 when the three entered the Cricket Wireless in Morgan City, LA and asked to view some phones. While the employee was distracted the subjects allegedly ran out of the store with the devices.
