MCPD Arrest Report 06/23/2017
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 44 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result, beginning on 06/22/2017:
Bradley S. Williams, 27 years of age, address: Hwy 14 New Iberia, La., arrested on 06/22/2017 @ 9:10 a.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine on 05/03/2016 (7 counts)
Warrant: Probation Violation
Bradley S. Williams was located and arrested at the Lafayette Parish Detention Center on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Williams was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Jordin Vidos, 32 years of age, address: Fourth St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 06/22/2017 @ 12:25 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. for Arraignment on 07/26/2016 (2 counts)
Jordin Vidos was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Vidos was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Mark Hash, 42 years of age, address: Tammy Dr. Morgan City, La., arrested on 06/22/2017 @ 1:47 p.m.
Charges: Disturbing the Peace
Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle
Obstruction of Public Passages
Resisting an Officer
Patrol officers responded to the area of Maple St. in regards to a disturbance. Officers arrived and according to reports Mark Hash had operated his vehicle in a reckless manner and blocked the roadway continuing to cause a disturbance with the alleged victim. Hash was advised that he was under arrest at which time he began to resist officers. Hash was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Zachary M. Crappell, 24 years of age, address: North First St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 06/22/2017 @ 3:22 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: Possession of Marijuana
Warrant: Violation of Uniform CDS Law (Drug-Free Zone)
Zachary M. Crappell was located and arrested at the Morgan City Court on active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police. According to reports, the warrant stems from an investigation conducted by the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division in April of 2017 where Crappell was found to be in possession of suspected Marijuana in the area of Aucoin St. The area where this incident had taken place was within a Drug-Free Zone. The investigation continued and warrants were prepared for Crappell’s arrest. Crappell was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Greig M. Jacquneaux, 43 years of age, address: Broussard Ln. Arnaudville, La., arrested on 06/22/2017 @ 11:42 p.m.
Charges: Driving under Suspension
Improper Lighting
Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of LA 182 with improper lighting. A stop was initiated and Greig M. Jacquneaux was identified as the operator of the vehicle. Jacquneaux’s Louisiana Driver’s License was found to be under suspension. Jacquneaux was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
