Officers of the Morgan City Police Department responded to a complaint on Victor II. Upon their arrival, they detected an odor of marijuana. Detectives with the Morgan City Police Department obtained a search warrant for the residence identified as Kyle Benoit. Officers located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was placed under arrested and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Officers were dispatched to a Willard St. address in reference to a subject refusing to leave the property. Officers arrived and they were advised by the complainant Rebecca Martin refused to leave the property. Officer made contact with Martin who also refused to leave after being advised by officers. Officers were dispatched to the area of HWY 182 in reference to a reckless driver. Responding officers were advised the vehicle had pulled into a local business parking lot on HWY 182. Officers located the vehicle and driver, Abel Gonzales, in the parking lot when they arrived. During the traffic investigation, officers located suspected marijuana and an open alcoholic beverage inside his vehicle. He was placed under arrested and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Officers were dispatched to a Roderick St. apartment complex in reference to a female under the influence in the parking lot. Officer arrived and came into contact with Billie D Velasquez who initially gave a false name. During the encounter, Velasquez attempted to discard a bag containing suspected methamphetamine. She pulled away from officers as they attempted to arrest her. She was handcuffed and suspected Seroquel and Mirtazapine was also located in her possession. She was transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

It was learned after running a computer check he did not possess a valid driver’s license. Officers suspected impairment to be involved and he was given a field sobriety test which he did poorly on. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department. Once at the Morgan City Police Department, he was given an intoxilyzer test and gave a breath sample of .175g%. He was booked and incarcerated.

Officers were dispatched to 1^st Street in reference to a disturbance. Officers arrived on scene and learned a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle. During the course of the investigation, officers learned Lennis Fryou was the driver of the vehicle and suspected driver impairment. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department. Once at Morgan City Police Department he was given an intoxilyzer test and gave a breath sample of .122g. During the course of the traffic stop officers located suspected marijuana, Buprenorphine Hydrochloride and drug paraphernalia. Officers also located suspected Oxycodone and Alprazolam which was suspected for the intent to distribute. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police department for booking and incarceration.

Wright. During the traffic investigation officer located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession. Officers also identified Deandre J. Williams as a passenger in the vehicle. Officers also located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession. Officers of the Morgan City Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of HWY 182 and Roderick St. Officers identified the driver as Troy James Charpentier and passenger as Jodie Charpentier. During the course of the traffic investigation officers located suspected Suboxone, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia in Jodi Charpentier possession. Upon checking warrants it was learned 16^th District Court held an active warrant for failure to appear for Troy J. Charpentier. Both Jodie Charpentier and James Charpentier were placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
