Officers responded to the area of Kentucky St. and Sixth St. in reference to a disturbance. Officers arrived an was advised by the victim that Tussin Harrison had committed a battery on them. Officers observed signs of battery on the victim. Tussin Harison was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

An officer conducted a traffic stop for speeding and identified the driver as Eddie Brown. A computer check revealed Brown's license was under suspension. A warrant check found Brown had outstanding warrants for the City Court of Morgan City and the 16th District Court. He was placed under arrested and transported to Morgan City Police Department

Officers were called to a residence on HWY 182 in reference to a disturbance. Upon officers arrival, Lisa Wills was identified as the person causing the disturbance. Willis was found to be in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Officers came into contact with Bradi Durkins at a motel on HWY 182. A warrant check revealed City Court of Morgan City held an active warrant for her arrest. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Jonathan Christoper Dunn, 45 years of age, Address-Fischer Lane, Ponchatoula, La, was arrested on 4/10/2019 @ 10:57 P.M.  Charge: Careless Operation
               Driving While Intoxicated

An officer observed a vehicle on HWY 182 driving in a careless manner and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was identified as Jonathan C. Dunn. During the traffic stop, the officer suspected impairment. Dunn was given a field sobriety test and performed poorly. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department. Once at Morgan City Police Department Dunn refused to give a breath sample. A search warrant was issued for the collection of Dunn's blood. Dunn was booked and incarcerated.

Morgan City Police Department received several calls via 911 requesting medical attention at an Egle St. residence. When officers arrived and identified Lisa A. Willis as the caller. Willis would refuse aid or not answer the door. When the officers responded to the last call Willis struck a first responder in the chest. Willis was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Kelly Joseph Hukill II, 30 years of age, Address-Saturn St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/8/2019 @ 11:49 A.M. 

Charge: Remaining after Forbidden  
               Resisting an Officer

Officers responded to a second street residence in reference to Kelly Hukill II being on the property after previously being barred from the property. Officers arrived and located Hukill still on the property. When officers attempted to arrest Hukill he fled on foot. Pursuing officers were able to capture Hukill and take him into custody. He was placed under arrested and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Officers were dispatched to a local business parking lot on Victor II Blvd. in reference to a vehicle crash. Responding officers were advised one of the vehicles had fled the scene. Responding officers were able to locate the vehicle and driver, Destiny N. Escort, on Mallard St. Upon running a computer check it was learned Escort's driver's license was under suspension and the vehicle did not have current insurance. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Officers were called to a Sixth St. residence in reference to illegal narcotic activity. Upon officers arriving they made contact with Charles Ganaway and James M. Marks. During the officer's investigation, officers found suspected drug paraphernalia in Ganaway and Marks possession. Officers also found suspected methamphetamine in Marks possession. Both Ganaway and Marks were placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

A patrol officer conducted a traffic stop on Federal Ave. and identified Devante Robertson as a passenger. During the traffic, stop officers found suspected synthetic marijuana in Roberson possession. Wayne Joseph Billiot, 53 years of age, Address-Railroad Ave., was arrested on 4/9/2019 @ 8:24 A.M. Charge: Warrant-Aggravated Crimes Against Nature

On 4-8-2019 Morgan City Police Detective Division received a complaint alleging Wayne J. Billiot had inappropriate sexual contact with a female child under the age of 13. Upon the conclusion of the Detectives investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for Wayne Billiot. Upon Detectives attempting to locate Billiot, it was learned he had left the Morgan City area. With the assistance of Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Marshal Task Force Billiot was located in Harvey, La and taken into custody. On 4-9-2019 Wayne J. Billiot was transported to Morgan City Police Department and booked into Morgan City jail.

Aaron Alexander Cage, 28 years of age, Address-Brashear Ave., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/5/2019 @ 2:07 A.M.

Charge: Domestic Abuse-Pregnant Victim

               Fugitive from Justice

 On 4-5-2019 Officers were dispatched to a Brashear Ave. residence for a disturbance. Officers arrived and spoke to the victim of a domestic battery. Officers learned the victim was living with Aaron Alexander Cage along with three of their small children. The victim also advised she was currently pregnant with Cages child. The victim informed officers there was a disagreement between the two of them at which time Cage committed a battery on her and left the residence. Cage later met with the investigating officer at the Morgan City Police Department.  A warrant check revealed he was wanted by Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office for Theft of a Motor Vehicle. At the conclusion of the interview Cage was placed under arrest. He was booked and incarcerated.

Ciara Vaughtasha Williams, 30 years of age, Address-Third St, Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 4/5/2019 @ 7:20 P.M.

Officers were dispatched to  HWY 182 business in reference to a shoplifter. Officers learned from the complainant, Ciara V. Williams was in the business concealing merchandise in her purse had left walking. Officers located Williams walking a short distance from the business. During the officer’s investigation, the officer located stolen items from the business concealed in her peruse. A warrant check revealed City Court of Morgan City held 19 outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City for booking and Incarceration.

Keith Singleton, 50 years of age, Address-Eleventh St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/5/2019 @ 10:00 P.M.

               No Driver’s License

               Possession of Synthetic Marijuana-2 to 28 grams.

 A patrol officer observed a vehicle traveling on HWY 182 with a nonfunctioning license plate light and tail light. The officer conducted a traffic stop on HWY 182 and identified the driver as Keith Singleton. A computer check revealed Singleton did not possess a valid driver’s license. During the traffic stop officers located suspected synthetic marijuana in his possession. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Dedrick J Gant Sr., 33 years of age, Address-Live Oak St., Patterson, La., was arrested on 4/6/2019 @ 3:49 A.M.

Charge: Possession of MDMA-2 to 28 grams

               Resisting an Officer

               Battery on an Officer

Officers conducted a traffic stop on HWY 182 for a traffic violation. Dedrick Gant was identified as a passenger in the vehicle. During the traffic stop officers located several suspected MDMA pills in Gant’s possession. Officer attempted to arrest Grant at with time he began to pull away and struck a second officer. Gant fled on foot but was later captured by pursuing officers hiding under a residence. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Elnora R. Vallery, 64 years of age, Address-Egle St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/6/2019 @ 10:13  P.M.

Charge: Aggravated Assault Upon a Dating Partner

Officers were dispatched to an Egle St. residence in reference to an intoxicated female armed with a knife. Upon officers arriving they were informed by the complaint that he and Elnora R. Vallery were in a dating relationship. Officers were advised Vallary was highly intoxicated and began threatening the complainant with a knife. Officers were advised Vallery through the knife on the kitchen floor with police arrived. Officers placed Vallery under arrest and transported her to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Zachary Edwards Duplantis, 32 years of age, Address-Jean Ellen Ave., Houma, La. was arrested on 4/7/2019 @ 3:16 P.M.

Officers were called to Lak End Park in reference to a suspicious person walking around carrying a firearm. Responding officers located and later identified the person as Zachary E. Duplantis. He attempted to hide from officers in a nearby restroom and had the firearm concealed under his shirt. Officers were made contact with Duplantis and found he was in possession of Methamphetamines, Xanax, Suboxone, and drug paraphernalia. Officers also located seven $100.00 counterfeit bills in his possession. Duplantis attempted to destroy some of the methamphetamines that was in his possession. A warrants check revealed Lafourche Sheriff's Office held active warrants for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Kendra Ann Dupre, 32 years of age, Address-East 73rd, Cut Off, La., was arrest on 4/7/2019 @ 3:53 P.M.

Officers investigating a complaint of illegal narcotic activity at Lake End Park came into contact with Kendra Dupre. Investigating officers found suspected marijuana and paraphernalia in her possession. Officers also observed an open alcoholic container in the passenger seat of a vehicle she was traveling in. she was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Upon officers arriving they were advised by the complainant, Gerardo Santiago-Garcia came to the residence highly intoxicated causing a disturbance.                Violation of CDS Law-Drug Free Zone

Kimberly Cortez Sneeze, 25 years of age, Address-Mallard St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/3/2019 @ 12:20 P.M. 

Charge: Warrant-Disturbing the Peace Fighting

Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department began investigating a complaint of a fight on Morgan City Housing Authority Property that was recorded and posted on social media. Investigators were able to identify Natasha Garner and Kimberly Sneeze as the persons involved and warrants were issued for their arrest. Officers located Natasha Garner at her residence on Mallard St. While at the residence officers located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her possession. Natasha Garner's residence is within the Morgan City Housing Authority property which is a zoned drug-free zone.  She was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration. 
Kimberly Sneeze was located at her Mallard St. residence. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Lorelyn Marie Gotcher, 33 years of age, Address-Terrebonne St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/3/2019 @ 2:48 P.M. 

Charge: Disturbing the Peace 

Officers responded to a complaint of a person causing a disturbance at a local motel on HWY 182.  When the officers arrived they were advised by the complainant, Lorelyn Gotcher was walking around the motel screaming profanities causing a disturbance. Officers on the scene also observed Gotcher causing a disturbance and suspected impairment. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

A patrol officer conducted a traffic stop for speeding in a school zone on Federal Ave. The driver was identified as Austin Guarisco along with a passenger, Jerald Watson. During the traffic stop suspected Amphetamine, Dextroamphetamine, and Alprazolam was located in Jerald Watson's possession. Both Guarisco and Watson was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
