Gilbert Howard,48 years of age, Address: Youngs Rd, was arrested on 12/13/2018 @ 2:40 pm
Charges: Warrant-Home Invasion
                                    Theft Under $1000.00

Gilbert Howard was booked on the above warrant at Morgan City Police Department.  The warrant stems from a complaint of a burglary and theft, in which Mr. Howard is alleged to have attempted to gain entry into a home which was occupied at the time.

Kade M. Percle, 22 years of age, Address: Roderick St. was arrested on 12/13/2018 @ 4:46 pm

Charges: Careless Operation
                  Possession of Marijuana
                  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Officers responded to a vehicle crash on Hwy 182.  During the investigation, Percle was acting very suspicious after being involved in a minor vehicle crash.  Officers observed Percle attempt to conceal something he took from his pockets in the waistband of his pants.  Officers searched Percle and located suspected marijuana.  Officers were also able to locate suspected drug paraphernalia in the vehicle Percle was driving.  Percle was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.

Allen Lennep, 62 years of age, Address: Barrow St. Morgan City was arrested on 12/12/2018 @ 8:10 am

Charges:  Warrants-FTA City Court Morgan City for the following charges
                                      Theft
                                      Misrepresentation during booking
                                      Disturbing the Peace
                                      Contempt of Court-3 counts
                                      Disturbing the Peace
                                      Remaining after being forbidden
                     Warrant-City Court of Morgan City-Probation Violation
                    
Officers responded to a complaint in the Barrow St. area while investigating the complaint officers came into contact with Allen Lennep who they learned had several outstanding warrants from City Court of Morgan City.  Lennep was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.

Bryant Francois, 36 years of age, Address: Everett St. Morgan City was arrested on 12/12/2018 @ 9:46 am

Charges: Warrant-FTA for trial for Armed Robbery 16jdc
                   Warrant-Fugitive for Jefferson County, Tx

Officers came into contact with Bryant Francois and learned that he was wanted by the 16th JDC and Jefferson County,Tx.  Francois was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.

Tasha Fuentes,38 years of age, Address: Hilda St. Morgan City was arrested on 12/12/2018 @ 10:47 pm

Charges: Warrant-Pitt Bulls prohibited
                   Warrant-Contempt of Court

Fuentes was located at her residence and arrested on the above warrants.  Fuentes was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.

                   Warrant-FTA for City Court of Morgan City for the following
                                     Disturbing the Peace
                                     Telephone Harassment
                                     
Officers located Shawn McCauley in the area of Front St and Brashear Ave and learned that he had outstanding warrants from City Court of Morgan City and 16th JDC Drug Court.  McCauley was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department

Tyler Aucoin, 30 years of age, Address: Federal Ave was arrested on 12/12/2018 @ 3:59 pm

Charges: Driving while Intoxicated 1st
                  Possession of Alcoholic Beverages in a Motor Vehicle

Officers responded to the area of Federal Ave near Bush St about a subject being passed out in a vehicle.  Officers arrived and located the vehicle and the driver identified as Aucoin.  Aucoin was slumped over in the vehicle with the vehicle running.   Officers were able to wake Aucoin and believed him to be intoxicated. Officers attempted to perform a field sobriety test on Aucoin, but he refused to follow direction.  Officers also located an open bottle of alcohol in Aucoin's vehicle.  Aucoin was placed under arrest and taken to the Morgan City Police Department where he was given a chemical test for intoxication with the results of .288 g%.  Aucoin was booked into the Morgan City Police Department.

Tiffany Chauvin, 35 years of age, Address: Third St. Morgan City was arrested on 12/12/2018 @ 6:22 pm

Charges: Theft-Under $1000.00

Officers were called to Hwy 70 business about a suspected theft.  Officers spoke with the subject identified as Tiffany Chauvin.  During the investigation officers located several items from the business in Chauvin's purse.  Chauvin admitted to officers that she had taken the items.  Chauvin was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.
